You think to check on your explosives.
I mean, if you think about it, they aren't really explosives. They definitely explode, but they're mostly just fireworks.
You head over to your tool bench, it looks a lot like your computer desk but it's scattered with several bags of powders and some casings and fuses and okay so you seriously make fireworks and somehow that isn't illegal. Guess the Empress has more important things to deal with than that. You imagine shooting them at drones sometimes? That sounds pretty cool, but if you did it you would probably die, which would be less entertaining for you, you think.
Luckily, you have plenty fireworks in your sylladex. You decide to captchalogue a few more, not being fully stocked seems a little silly when you're planning on setting a bunch of fireworks off in that weird building right?
Your sylladex uses the Simon Says Modus. In order to use a captchalogued item, you have to match the pattern that is related to card the item is stored in. It seems kind of a hassle, but if you fail, the item with the closest pattern to the incorrect patten is launched from the sylladex at a ridiculous speed which is pretty fucking awesome if you do say so yourself.
You are pretty lucky, so that helps you out in many ways, but you can pretty easily get it wrong so you just do your best with it. If you could find one that explodes, that would be SO MUCH COOLER. You manage to gather the things you would like, and realize again that the existential dread is setting back in, so you scramble to try and figure out what else to do.
